摘　　要：情势变更规则是市场经济条件下公平分担风险，维护交易秩序的必然需要。情势变更和不可抗力虽有联系和重叠，但不能等同，在民法领域两者的作用无可替代。我国民法确立情势变更规则已成为必要之事。Changeable situation princip les are an inevitable outcome under the c ondition of market economy in which peop le share risks and maitain business orde r.Changeable situation principles have s omething to do with and overlap force ma jeure ones.However,they are not the same , for they play the different roles in civ il law field and cant be substituted fo r each other.It has been made clearly i n China that changeable situation princi ples have become quite important and nec essary.
