摘　　要：主轴承盖的主要作用是固定曲轴,是柴油机零部件中的一个重要结构件,主要是从内燃机主轴承盖类零件的加工工艺流程、关键项点、加工考虑因素等方面进行阐述,并对其关键设备、关键工序进行研究,旨在通过优化工艺方案,控制和保证零件加工质量。The main function of main bearing cap is to fix crankshaft which is one of the important structure of diesel engine parts. This paper mainly expounds the process flow, key points of machining parts, considering factors to the internal combustion engine main bearing, and studies its key equipment, key process. It hopes to control and guarantee the machining quality of parts through the optimization process plan.
