摘 要:针对不确定性系统复杂特性导致的控制难题,提出了一种基于仿人智能控制的智能融合控制策略。首先对复杂控制系统特性作了剖析,指出了传统控制策略不适合于用于控制复杂系统;其次借助大系统的分解协调原理,讨论了将复杂控制系统分解为运行控制单元以便方便进行控制;基于仿人智能控制,构造了融合控制算法;最后,以机械加工中工业加热炉系统控制为例,对设计的控制算法进行了仿真对比验证。研究结果表明:所提出的控制策略鲁棒性较强,控制精度较高,更适合于复杂不确定性系统控制。Aimed at the control puzzle resulted in complicated characteristic in complex uncertainty system,the paper presented a sort of intel igent fusion strategy based on human-simulated con-trol.In the paper,firstly it made an anatomy for complex control system characteristic,and point-ed out that the conventional control strategy is unsuitable for control ing the complex system,and then it discussed that decomposing the complex system into the operation control unit by means of decomposition-coordination principle for large-scale complex control system so as to make the control conveniently,and constructed the fusion control algorithm based on human-simulated in-tel igence.Final y it took the system control of industrial heat furnace in machining operation as an example,and the confirmation of simulation comparison was made for designed algorithm. The result shows that it is stronger in robustness,higher in control accuracy,and more suitable for complex uncertainty system control.
