摘　　要：随着对冠心病和糖尿病研究的日益深入,两者间的密切关系也越来越得到医务人员的重视。冠心病合并糖尿病的患者发生各种心血管事件的风险明显增加,因此在冠心病合并糖尿病患者中普及甚至加强抗血小板治疗显得尤为重要。现就最近冠心病合并糖尿病患者抗血小板治疗的最新研究进展做一综述。With the deepening of coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus research, the close relationship between those gets more and more attention from the medical staff. Coronary heart disease with diabetic patients have significantly increased risk of various cardiovascular events, so popularizing even strengthening antiplatelet therapy is particularly important in these patients. Then, the review stated the latest research progress on the antiplatelet therapy in coronary heart disease patients with diabetes mellitus.
