摘  要:心脏对其生理机能有着非常精确的调控,一旦其生物能学遭到干扰和破坏,就会表现出非常严重的心脏疾病,如先天性心脏病、各类心肌病等(许多先天性心脏病的出现就归因于胚胎发育过程中这些生理机能通路成熟的过程遭到了干扰和破坏)。心脏生理机能的发育早在胎儿出生前,心肌细胞第一次搏动时就已经开始,直到出生后仍继续发育成熟。而在心肌细胞分化成熟以及心脏形态形成的过程中,心肌的生物能学改变以及线粒体生物学的改变是与心肌的结构功能改变同时发生的。尽管目前,研究者们还没有对心脏发生发展过程中的生物能学和线粒体生物学改变研究透彻,但不可否认,生物能学和线粒体生物学的发育成熟应被视为正常心肌分化成熟过程中的重要组成部分。现主要对心肌细胞分化成熟和心脏形态形成过程中同时出现的生物能学改变和线粒体生物学改变进行综述。The heart has a very precise control on its physiological function. Once its bioenergetics were disturbed or destroyed, and serious heart diseases would emerge, such as congenital heart diseases, all kinds of cardiomyopathies, and so on. Many congenital heart disease are due to disturbance or destruction of the maturation of these physiological function pathways. However, this physiological function maturation begins well before birth, when the cardiomyocytes are first beginning to beat, and continues into mature after birth. During the differentiation of cardiomyocytes into mature ones and the formation of cardiac morphology, the changes of cardiac bioenergetics and mito- chondrial biology coincide with the changes of cardiac structure and function. Although at present, researchers have not study clearly the changes of cardiac bioenergetics and mitochondrial biology during the heart developing mature, but undeniably, bioenergetics and mitochon- drial biology maturation should he considered as important part during normal myocardial differentiation. This article will focus on the changes of cardiac bioenergetics and mitochondrial biology coinciding with the differentiation of cardiomyocytes into mature ones and the formation of cardiac morphology.
