摘　　要：阿利吉仑是一种新型非肽类直接肾素抑制剂,克服了以往同类药物生物利用度过低、作用维持时间短、降压效果差的缺点,初步的研究显示它既能良好降压又能对心血管和肾脏有保护作用。现将阿利吉仑的药理学特性和临床应用做一综述。Aliskiren is a new class of orally active,non-peptide direct renin inhibitor. Oral agents that were subsequently developed, such as enalkiren, remikiren and zankiren, had limited clinical use because they exhibited poor bioavailability, short half-lives and weak anti- hypertensive activity. The goal of this review is to discuss the pharmacological and clinical studies of aliskiren and its potential use in the man- agement of hypertension and other cardiovascular disorders and related target-organ damage.
