摘　　要：公推直选作为党内基层民主建设的创新,必将引起制度变迁下各种政治主体间关系的变化,从制度设计和制度运行两方面推进了基层党组织与党员群众之间权力关系、权利关系、组织关系的变迁以及党员与群众之间新的关系走向,彰显了公推直选制度创新的政治民主价值。Recommending publicly and electing directly is an innovation of inner-party democracy construction on grass-roots level, which inevitably causes the change of different political subjects relationship with the system transition and promotes the transition of power relation, right relation, organization relation between party organization on grass-roots level and the party members and the masses, and promotes the new developing trend of the relationship between the party members and the masses, which highlights the political democratic value of such system innovation.
