资源枯竭型城市的产业结构调整研究——以白银市为例

摘　　要：随着资源型城市原有资源的枯竭,长期资源依赖性经济发展所引起的各种问题凸现,需要进行产业结构优化与调整。以具有典型意义的甘肃省白银市为例,运用偏离-份额法对其三次产业和20个行业部门进行了实证分析,提出了白银市产业调整的方向,同时对其他资源枯竭型城市的产业转型给出了建议。With depletion of original resource in the resource -based cities, various problems arise caused by the long -term economic development of resource -dependent type. It is therefore needed to optimize and adjust the industrial structure. Taking as an example Baiyin City in Gansu Province with an exemplary sense, we make empirical analysis on the tertiary industry and 20 industrial sectors, proposing the direction of the industrial structuring of Baiyin City and provide recommendations for industrial transformation of other cities of the resource - exhausted type.
