TiAl基合金真空钎焊接头组织性能分析

摘　　要：采用Ti37.5-Ni37.5-V25钎料作为中间层对TiAl基合金(Ti-42.5Al-9V-0.3Y)进行真空钎焊,研究在不同钎焊温度下接头组织性能的变化情况;结果表明,真空钎焊后接头的厚度由原来钎料的200μm增加到400μm,说明接头发生强烈的化学反应,同时随着钎焊温度的增加,接头的界面形态和剪切强度有很大的变化,钎焊温度低于1 220℃时,界面反应不完全,焊缝中心残留未完全融化的钎料,温度高于1 220℃时,界面反应完全,焊接接头由钎缝中心区、致密网状区和不连续析出区三个区域组成;在1 220℃、10 min条件下得到良好的接头,剪切强度达到196 MPa。Ti37.5-Ni37.5-V25 ternary eutectic braze alloy was applied to braze TiA1 intermetallic alloy （Ti--42.5A1-9V--0.3Y）by vacuum brazing.To study how mierostrueture and performance of brazed joints changed in different brazing temperature.The results showed that brazed joints thickness increased from 200 μm with brazing filler metal to 400μm.A strong chemical reaction have occurred in brazed joints and interface morphology and shear strength of joints has changed a lot with brazing temperature increased.Interface reaction is incomplete and the soldered joint center leaved unmelted solder when brazing temperature is lower than 1 220℃.When brazing temperature is higher than 1 220 ℃,interface reaction is complete and brazed joints was comprised of brazing seam center zone,dense mesh area and discontinuous precipitation area.It have got a good joint at 1 220 ℃,10 min and the shear strength was 196 MPa.
