摘　　要：目的:确定七叶一枝花酊的最佳提取工艺。方法:以重楼总皂苷得率为评价指标,采用单因素和正交试验设计确定七叶一枝花酊的最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为:采用浸渍法以100倍量的75%乙醇提取原药材饮片中的有效成分,并按优选工艺提取得七叶一枝花酊,测总皂苷得率为1.3%。结论:优选出的工艺合理、经济、可行。Objective ： To determine the optimal extraction process of paris polyphylla tinctures. Method： The yield of total sapo nins used as the experimental index, the single factor test and orthogonal experiment were used to determine the extraction conditions of total saponins for paris polyphylla. Result： The optimal extraction process was obtained as follows ： the medicinal materials was extracted with 75% ethanol with 100-fold amount for 2 weeks. The yield of total saponins was 1.3%. Conclusion ： The extraction process is rea sonable, economical and feasible.
