摘 要:目的:建立HPLC法测定川贝枇杷糖浆中齐墩果酸的含量。方法:色谱柱为Hypersil C_(18)柱(250 nn×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(95∶5),流速为1 rr·min^(-1),检测波长为210 nm,柱温为30℃。结果:齐墩果酸的进样量在0.18~3.60μg范围内,峰面积与进样量之间线性关系良好,r=0.999 5,平均回收率为96.5%(RSD=0.91%,n=6)。结论:本方法准确可靠,专属性好,可用于测定川贝枇杷糖浆中齐墩果酸的含量。Objective : To develop an HPLC method for the determination of oleanolic acid in Chuanbei Pipa syrups. Method: The separation was performed on a Hypersil C18 column(250 mmx 4.6 mm ,5 p.m) , the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (95: 5) at the flow rate of 1 ml · min-1 , the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm , and the column temperature was Result: There was a good linearity between the peak areas and the quantity of oleanolic acid within the range of 0.18-3.60μg( r = 0.999 5 ). The average recovery was 96.5% (RSD = 0.91% , n = 6 ) . Conclusion: The established method is sensitive, reliable and specific, and can be used in the determination of oleanolic acid in Chuanbei Pipa syrups.
