摘  要:目的:建立测定连翘中芦丁和连翘酯苷含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法。色谱柱为Thermo ODS C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.2%冰醋酸溶液(20∶80),流速1 ml·min^(-1),检测波长:329 nm,柱温30℃。结果:芦丁、连翘酯苷的进样量分别在0.023 2~0.464μg(r=0.999 9)和0.050 6~1.012μg(r=0.999 9)范围内呈良好线性关系;平均回收率分别为101.6%(RSD=1.38%,n=6)和100.8%(RSD=1.26%,n=6)。结论:本方法简便、准确,适用于连翘的分析测定和质量控制。Objective: To establish a determination method for rutin and forsythoside in Forsythiae Fructus. Method: An HPLC method was used. The determination was performed on a Thermo ODS ClS (250 mm x 4.6 mm,5 p.m) column with the mobile phase of methanol-0.2% acetic acid solution at the flow rate of 1.0 ml · min-1. The column temperature was kept at 30℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 329 nm. Result : Rutin and forsythoside showed good linear relationship within the range of 0. 023 2-0. 464 g( r = 0. 999 9) and 0.050 6 - 1. 012 μg(r = 0. 999 9) with the average recovery of 101.6% (RSD = 1.38%, n = 6) and 100.8% (RSD = 1.26%, n = 6), respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, and suitable for the content determination of rutin and forsythoside, which can be used in the quality control of Forsythiae Fructus.
