摘  要:为研究电磁搅拌作用下小方坯内部磁场强度及电磁力的变化情况,采用美国LakeShore公司475型DSP高斯计,对旋转型电磁搅拌器作用下的100mm×100mm GCr15轴承钢小方坯中心横截面、纵截面不同位置的磁场强度进行测量,探讨了小方坯内磁场分布规律及铸坯厚度对磁场衰减情况的影响。同时,通过对凝固末端电磁搅拌电磁力的计算,获得适宜100mm×100mm GCr15轴承钢小方坯浇注过程末端电磁搅拌的电流为350A,频率为12Hz。In order to study the changing situation of internal magnetic field intensity and electromagnetic force of billet with EMS, the magnetic field intensity at different points in centric cross section and longitudinal section of 100 mm×100 mm GCr15 bearing steel billet with EMS was measured by 475 DSP gauss meter produced by LakeShore Company of United States. The distribution rule of internal magnetic field in billet and the effects of slab thickness on magnetic field attenuation were discussed. Meanwhile,the suitable electrical current and frequency of EMS in the casting process of GCr15 bearing steel billet were obtained through calculation of electromagnetic force of EMS in the final solidification stage. The suitable electrical current was 350A and the suitable frequency was 12Hz.
