鄱阳湖生态经济区水土资源与经济发展耦合分析及优化路径

摘　　要：研究目的:评价鄱阳湖生态经济区各县市区水土资源承载力与经济发展耦合差异水平,并探讨其耦合优化路径。研究方法:采用信息熵权法确定耦合评价指标体系,并对其量化评估。研究结果:(1)生态经济区耦合协调度差异明显,市区耦合协调度整体水平较高,县域则相对较低;(2)水土资源承载力与经济发展缺乏同步性,市区多为环境滞后性阶段,县域则处于经济滞后阶段;(3)耦合度空间分布以湖滨地区为核心以圈层形式呈现向外逐渐递减趋势;(4)经济滞后区域应选择城镇建设与产业布局策略,环境滞后区应选择适应性管理与生态屏障区构建策略。研究结论:基于资源与经济同步优化策略将为鄱阳湖生态经济区均衡发展提供一种新的研究视角。The purposes of this paper are to assess the coupling degree between the carrying capacity of land-water resources and economic development in the Ecological Economic Zone of Poyang Lake, and then analyze the optimal way so as to promote the coupling degree of the two resources. Method of information entropy was employed to determine the guideline system of coupling degree and to quantify them. The results indicate that 1） the coupling degree is different. The degree within urban area of a city is much higher than that of a county; 2） the land-water carrying capacity and economic development is not synchronous. Most of the urban regions belong to the low environmental harmony pattern, and most of that of the countries belong to the phase of lagged economy; 3） the spatial distribution of the coupling degree changes from higher to lower in the form of the concentric circles given the lake areas as the core; 4） the strategy of adaptive management and ecological barrier construction should be selected in environmental lag areas. The strategy of urbanization and industrial layout optimization should be selected in the economic lag regions. It is concluded that the synchronism optimization strategy of resource and economic will provide a new research perspective for the balanced development in the Ecological Economic Zone of Poyang Lake.
