摘　　要：采用直接访问和查询工具调研的方式,对全国31个省级政府门户网站的搜索引擎优化效果、站内优化和站外优化3个方面展开调研和统计分析。建议应增强搜索引擎优化意识,从站内和站外两方面实施搜索引擎优化策略,以提高政府门户网站的访问率和用户体验度,更好地为公众服务。The paper uses direct interview and search tools to investigate search engine optimization effects, on-site optimization and off-site optimization of 31 province-level governmental portal websites in China, and statistically analyzes the data. It suggests en- hancing awareness of search engine optimization and implementing search engine optimization strategy from both sides of on-site and off-site, to improve click-through rate of governmental portal websites and user experience, so as to serve the public better.
