摘　　要：介绍了昌北高校图书馆联盟联合参考咨询服务的内容与方式,着重介绍了该联盟的协作式服务模式和平台服务模式。对该联盟联合参考咨询服务目前存在的不足进行了分析,并从知识产权风险管理、馆员素质培养与馆员队伍管理等方面,对进一步提高联盟联合参考咨询服务质量进行了思考。The paper introduces the content and method of collaborative reference service of Changbei academic library alliance, specially the alliance＇s collaborative service model and platform service model. It analyzes the existing problems of its collaborative ref- erence service, and thinks about how to further improve the service from the aspects of risk management of intellectual property rights, cultivation of librarian＇s quality, librarian management, and so on.
