摘　　要：运用聚类分析方法,以某高校图书馆的读者数据为样本,以Statistic Analysis System(SAS)统计分析软件为工具,对高校图书馆读者进行分类,并进行信息行为特征分析。结果表明,聚类分析方法应用于图书馆信息化管理,对提高图书管理决策合理性具有科学的实践价值。The paper takes a university library＇s reader data as object and the statistical analysis software Statistic Analysis System （SAS） as tool, applies cluster analysis to classify the readers of the university library, and analyzes their information behavior character- istics. The results show that applying cluster analysis in library informatization management has the scientific practice value for promot- ing the rationality of management decision-making of library.
