模拟酸雨对柱花草苗期生长的影响

摘  要:采用人工喷雾方式,就模拟酸雨对柱花草(Stylosanthes guianensis)幼苗可见性伤害、叶绿素、电导率和植株生长的影响进行了研究.结果表明,柱花草幼苗对酸雨的敏感性受酸雨酸度和作用时间的影响,高酸度、长时间均导致幼苗可见性伤害加重;叶片叶绿素a和叶绿素b的含量以及两者的比率均随酸雨酸度的增高而减少,叶绿素a含量下降速度快于叶绿素b;柱花草相对电导率随着酸雨酸度的增大而持续上升;模拟酸雨酸度对柱花草幼苗高度无显著影响,但高酸度雨水(pH 4.0以下)对柱花草幼苗生物量具有显著影响(P<0.05),生物量下降达10%以上.The effects of artificial acid rain on the visible damage, ctroconductibility, and the growth of Stylosanthes guianensis were content of chlorophyll, relative ele- studied. The results showed that the visible damage of seedlings of S. guianensis was mainly affected by acidity and treating times of acid rain. The damage of S. guianensis leaves was increased by higher acidity and more treating times of acid rain The content of chlorophyll a and b, and the radio of chlorophyll a/b in seedling of S. guianensis in- creased with acidity increase of acid rain. The relative electroconductibility in seedling of S. guianensis increased with the with increasing acidity of acid rain. The seedling height was not affected by the acidity of the acid rain, but the biomass per plant of the seedling was deceased by over 10% the high acidity ( pH 〈 4. 0) of acid rain.
