摘  要:为探讨乔木对重金属的富集特性及其在乔木体内的转移特性,对江西德兴铅锌矿周边生活区樟树(Cinnamomum camphora(L.)Presl)、马尾松(Pinus massoniana Lamb.)和铁杉(Tsuga chinensis(Franch.)Pritz.)等3种乔木的根、茎、枝、叶、内皮和外皮等不同部位以及根际土壤中Mn、Cu、Zn、Ni、Cd、Cr和Pb等重金属的含量进行了分析,并就其根对重金属的生物富集系数(Bioconcentration factor,BCF)和植物根、茎和枝对重金属的转移系数(Translocation factor,TF)进行了计算.结果表明,3种乔木各部位中重金属含量基本上是以Mn、Pb和Zn为最高,Cd最低.樟树、马尾松和铁杉根部对Mn、Cu、Zn、Ni、Cr、Cd和Pb的BCF均属中度吸收(0.1~1.0)或弱吸收(0.01~0.10).3种乔木茎和枝中各元素的TF高于根的TF,且对Pb、Mn、Cu和Zn的转移能力较高.3种乔木根及其根际土壤中重金属含量(除Cr和Cd外)呈显著或极显著相关性(r从0.64到0.95).In order to investigate the bioconcentration and characteristics of heavy metals in three ar- bores, the contents of Mn, Cu, Zn, Ni, Cd, Cr and Pb heawy metals in roots, stems, twigs, lea- ves, endodermis and exodermis of camphor tree (Cinnamomum camphora (L.) Presl), masson pine ( Pinus massoniana Lamb. ) and hemlock ( Tsuga chinensis ( Franch. ) Pritz. ) and their rhizosphere soils from the Jiangxi Dexing lead/zinc ore residential area were analyzed. The bioconcentration factors (BCF) of roots and the translocation factors (TF) of roots, stems and twigs on the heavy metals were discussed. The results indicated that the contents of Mn, Pb, Zn were highest while the contents of Cd were lowest in the three arbores. The average BCF of Mn, Cu, Zn, Ni, Cr, Cd and Pb in the roots of three arbores were all belong to the moderate absorption (0. 1 - I. 0) or the weak absorption (0. 01 - 0. 10). The TF of all the heavy metals in stems and twigs were much higher than those in roots. The translocation abilities to Pb, Mn, Cu and Zn were much higher in the stems and twigs. Except for Cr and Cd, the heavy metal concentrations between the roots and the corresponding rhizosphere soils showed sig- nificant or highly significant correlations (r from O. 64 to O. 95 ).
