摘 要:通过凝胶注模法制备了ZTA陶瓷材料,研究了ZrO2添加量对ZTA陶瓷微观形貌、力学性能以及电学性能的影响。结果表明:随着ZrO2添加量增加,材料的力学性能先增加后降低,添加量为20%(体积比)时,ZTA陶瓷抗弯强度和断裂韧性达到最高值,分别为813MPa和5.29MPa·m1/2;ZrO2的添加能有效抑制氧化铝晶粒的长大;ZTA陶瓷的断裂模式以穿晶断裂为主;随着ZrO2添加量增加,材料的电阻率逐渐下降,应用渗流理论合理解释了电阻率下降的原因。ZTA ceramics were prepared by gel-casting.The effect of ZrO2 addition on the microstructures,mechanical properties and electrical properties were studied in this work.The results showed that the mechanical properties first were increased and then were decreased when the content of ZrO2 increased.When the addition of ZrO2 reached 20% (vol),the flexural strength and fracture toughness reached the maximum of 813 MPa and 5.29 MPa · m1/2,respectively.The addition of ZrO2 could effectively inhibit the alumina grains growing up,and the main fracture mode of ZTA ceramics was trans-granular fracture.The mechanical properties decreased with the increasing of ZrO2,percolation theory can reasonably explain the reasons for the decline.
