摘  要:在锅炉尾部空间增设烟气一空气换热器(即前置式空气预热器),可有效降低锅炉排烟温度,提高锅炉效率。但前置式空气预热器可利用形式多样,且可行性和经济性受其流动阻力、维护方便性、金属耗量、抗腐蚀性、占烟道空间等众多因素影响。针对可用作前置式空气预热器的几种形式:回转式预热器、水媒式预热器、热管式预热器、管壳式预热器,结合某典型1000 MW超超临界燃煤发电机组锅炉实际参数,对各影响因素进行计算。然后对各指标计算结果建立完整的分析模型,利用层次分析法和灰色关联系数法,完成对不同换热器形式的灰色综合评价和优选分析。结果表明:采用灰色关联层次分析方法可以有效解决大型燃煤电站锅炉前置式空气预热器选型问题,对于案例电厂,水媒式换热器更适合做前置式空气预热器。Additional gas-air heat exchanger device (ie, front located air preheater), can effectively reduce the exhaust gas temperature and improve boilter efficiency. But there are various forms of the front air preheater, and it's feasibility and economic subject to many factors, such as its resistance to flow, ease of maintenance, metal consumption, corrosion re- sistance, space in flue and so on. Combined with the actual parameters of a typical 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired generating sets boilers, this paper deep analyses four feasible types of Front Located Air Preheater:Regenerative type, Shell and Tube type, Heat pipe type, water medium type and calculates each evalulation indexs which affect boiler's feasible and e- conomy. Then establish a complete model of the calculated results, calculate the index weight using Analytic Hierarchy Process and Grey Interrelated Method to complete gray comprehensive evaluation and optimization analysis. The results show that: Analytic Hierarchy Process and Grey Interrelated Method can effectively solve the front air preheater selection problem for the large coal-fired utility boilers, and in this paper water medium type is more suitable to do the front located air preheater.
