摘 要:采用计算颗粒动力学(CPFD)方法对一种新型低流动阻力N型回料阀内的气固流动特征进行了数值模拟研究,通过考察其颗粒返料率、压力分布及气体反窜情况等参数,论证了其流动阻力特点,并与传统的U型回料阀进行了对比,从而验证了N阀替代U阀用于循环流化床锅炉的可行性。结果表明,N阀在提高颗粒返料率、避免气体反窜上存在明显优势,N阀倾斜段的设计显著降低了回料阀内的气固流动阻力。The gas-solid flow characteristics in a novel N type loop-seal with lower flow re- sistance was investigated numerically with Computational Particle Fluid Dynamics (CPFD) methods in this paper. The gas-solid flow characteristics in the N loop-seal was predicted and compared with the traditional U loop-seal with same key geometrical size. Parameters inclu- ding particle flow rate, pressure distributions and the gas inverse flow phenomenon were mainly concerned. The feasibility of replacing the U loop-seal by N loop-seal in the circulating fluidized bed boiler was demonstrated. The prediction results showed that the N loop seal was of obvious advantages on enhancing the particle flow rate and reducing the gas inverse flow rate due to the improved slope structure of the supply chamber.
