黄河流域经济社会发展指标分析

摘　　要：黄河流域大部分位于我国中西部地区,经济社会发展相对滞后。流域土地资源、矿产资源特别是能源资源十分丰富,在全国占有极其重要的地位,未来发展潜力巨大,经济社会持续发展对黄河治理开发与保护提出了新的更高要求。在分析黄河流域经济社会发展现状的基础上,结合国家各项重大发展战略和流域资源禀赋特点,分析了今后一定时期经济社会发展发展布局和趋势,提出主要经济社会发展指标;从保障防洪安全、供水和饮水安全、生态文明建设等多个方面,分析提出了新形势下对黄河治理开发的新要求。Most of the Yellow River basin is located in the central and western regions of China, where are the relatively backward regions in the development of social economy. The Yellow River is very rich in land resources and mineral resources, especially energy resources, which occupies an extremely important position in the whole country. And the Yellow River has huge development potential in the future, the economic and social sustainable development puts forward new requirements for the management, development and protection of the Yellow River. In this paper, the e- conomic and social development layout and trend were analyzed and the main economic and social development indicators were proposed on the basis of the analysis of development situation of economic and society, combining with some significant national development strategies and the character- istics of the watershed resources endowment. The new requirements were put forward under the new situation considering the protection of flood con- trol safety, water supply and drinking water safety, ecological civilization construction building and other aspects.
