摘  要:从减缓黄河下游河道泥沙淤积、维持中水河槽过流能力、降低潼关高程、促进有关地区经济社会发展等方面分析了古贤水库建设的紧迫性,对水库不同的投入运用时机带来的防洪减淤效益进行了分析。结果表明:该水库在黄河水沙调控体系的总体布局中起着承上启下的作用,战略地位极为重要;古贤水库投入运用越早,水库联合调控减淤的作用就越大;古贤水库在小浪底水库拦沙库容淤满前投入运用要比在小浪底水库拦沙库容淤满后投入运用更能发挥水库的联合运用效益。建议加快古贤水库前期工作进程,争取在小浪底水库剩余部分拦沙库容时建成生效。This paper analyzed the construction urgency of Guxian Reservoir from the viewpoint of sedimentation reduction, maintaining medium flood channel of the lower Yellow River, reducing the Tongguan elevation and promoting the economic and social development of river basin region, and the flood control and sedimentation reduction benefit of different construction time schemes were analyzed too. The results show that Guxian Reservoir occupies a strategically important position in the regulation and development of the Yellow River. It is a matter of great urgency to con- struct it. The results show that the earlier the Guxian Reservoir putting into operation, the more efficiently it will be, and a better effect can be a- chieved in cooperation with Xiaolangdi Reservoir before its sand block capacity is full filled than after this. It is suggested to speed up the earlier pe- riod work of Guxian Reservoir and try to put into operation before the completion of remaining sediment storage of Xiaolangdi Reservoir.
