摘  要:介绍了古贤水库的概况,分析了古贤、小浪底水库联合运用的需求,研究提出了古贤、小浪底水库联合调控指标,即调控流量为3 500~4 000 m3/s,洪水历时不小于5 d。根据古贤、小浪底水库的内在联系和相互关系,考虑不同来水来沙、库区蓄水及河床边界等因素,初步拟定了水库联合运用的方式。采用水沙数学模型计算手段,分析了古贤、小浪底水库联合运用在协调黄河下游水沙关系、减少河道淤积、长期维持中水河槽过流能力等方面的效果。结果表明:古贤、小浪底水库联合拦沙和调水调沙运用,可协调进入下游河道的水沙关系,减少黄河下游河道泥沙淤积,使下游河道长期处于微淤状态,小浪底水库拦沙期恢复的下游河道4 000 m3/s以上中水河槽过流能力将保持50 a以上,同时还可使潼关高程冲刷下降2 m左右,水库联合减淤的效果明显。The joint operation demand of Guxian and Xiaolangdi reserviors was analyzed and the joint regulation indicators were suggested. The reg- ulated discharge should be controlled between 3 500 -4 000 m3/s and the regulated flood should last no less than 5 days. According to the inner link and the realation of Guxian and Xiaolangdi reserviors, the joint operation method was suggested with considering the closely related factors, such as the water and sediment condition, the water storage and the river bed boundary. The effect of joint operation on water and sediment regula- tion, sedimentation reduction and maintaining medium flood channel for a long time of the lower Yellow River were analyzed. The results show that the joint opertation of Guxian and Xiaolangdi reservoirs can not only regulate the relationship of water and sediment, reduce the sediment into the lower Yellow River and keep a maintain medium flood channel of the lower Yellow River with 4 000 m3/s for at least 50 a, but also can bring down Tongguan elevation about 2 m and the joint opertation is effective.
