摘  要:利用实测资料分析了宁蒙河段大断面冲淤变化、洪水冲淤特性及分组沙的冲淤特性、大流量历时与冲淤量的关系,论证了利用水库调水调沙治理宁蒙河道淤积萎缩的可行性。结果表明:在合适的水沙条件下,通过水库调水调沙,在宁蒙河段支流来沙量较大时以2 500~3 000 m3/s的大流量集中泄放,一次洪水历时不小于14 d,汛期年均持续时间为30 d以上,对减轻内蒙古河道淤积、恢复并长期维持中水河槽大有好处,同时可为中游高含沙小洪水的泥沙输送提供水流动力。This paper analyzed the change of the large section, the flood scouring and silting characteristics, the erosion and deposition characteris- tics of grouping sedimentation and the correlativity of high flow duration and sedimentation of Ningxia-Inner Mongolia reach by using the measured data. The feasibility of ameliorating River siltation shrinkage by water and sediment regulation of reservoir was analyzed. The results show that : in the right conditions of water and sediment, when the Ningxia-Inner Mongolia reach tributary sediment is larger , the large flow between 2 500 - 3 000 m3/s is discharged by water and sediment regulation of reservoir, a flood duration is not less than 14 d, in an average duration is more than 30 d. It is good to reduce the Ningxia-Inner Mongolia reach silting and maintain its normal channel. At the same time the flow dynamic is provided for middle reach hyperconeentrated flood sediment transportation.
