东庄水库开发任务和建设时机分析

摘　　要：基于流域防洪减淤和区域经济社会发展的要求,分析论证了东庄水库建设的必要性、开发任务和建设时机。结果表明:东庄水库建设对完善渭河下游防洪工程体系、减缓渭河下游河道淤积、维持渭河下游中水河槽规模、缓解关中地区水资源紧张形势具有重要的作用,建设东庄水库是非常必要和迫切的;水库开发任务为以防洪减淤为主,兼顾供水、发电及改善生态等综合利用。This paper discussed the construction necessity, development tasks and construction time of Dongzhuang Reservoir based on the flood control and sedimentation reduction of the Yellow River basin and regional economic and social development. The results show that the construction of Dongzhuang Reservoir not only contributes to the flood control system, the sedimentation reduction and maintain medium flood channel of down- stream of Weihe River, but also plays an important role to relieve the water resources tense situation of the Guanzhong region. The construction of the Dongzhuang Reservoir is very necessary and urgent. The development tasks must be given priority of the flood control and sedimentation reduc- tion and given consideration to comprehensive utilization of water supply, power generation, improving ecology.
