摘　　要：通过对黄河流域节水型社会建设现状以及存在的问题进行分析,提出以下节水措施:在农业方面采取渠道防渗、低压管道输水、喷灌、微灌、田间灌水改造以及农业管理等措施;工业方面采取合理调整工业布局、限制高耗水项目、淘汰高耗水设备、加强用水定额管理、提高水的重复利用率等措施;城镇生活方面采取改造供水体系、改善城镇供水管网、降低管网漏失率、全面推广节水器具普及率达到100%等措施。节水型社会建设目标到2020年黄河流域节水量为56.9亿m3,初步建成节水型农业、节水型工业和节水型城市;到2030年节水量达76.5亿m3,黄河流域节水型社会建设大见成效。By analyzing the building status and existing problems of the water-saving society in the Yellow River basin, in agriculture, the measures of the channel anti-seepage, low pressure pipe-borne water, spray irrigation, micro-irrigation, field irrigation renovation and agricultural manage- ment etc. should be taken ; in industry, the measures of reasonable industrial layout adjustment, limiting the high water consumption projects, e- liminating high water consumption equipment, strengthening the water quota management, improving the rate of water reuse etc. should be taken ; in urban life, the measures of transformation of water supply system, improving the urban water supply network, reducing pipeline leakage rate, promoting water-saving appliances and popularizing rate reaching 100% etc. should be taken. By 2020, the amount of the Yellow River saving wa- ter will be 5.69 billion cubic meters and the water-saving agriculture, water-saving industry and water-saving city industrial will be initially built; by 2030, the amount of the Yellow River basin saved water will be 7.65 billion cubic meters and the building of water-saving society of the Yellow River basin will achieve great success.
