摘　　要：基于对大型直缝焊管JCOE成形工艺各成形过程的理论研究结果,以及JCOE成形生产线对大型直缝焊管成形工艺设计和工艺参数制定的实际需求,利用VC++6.0软件编程工具,开发了大型直缝焊管管坯JCOE成形CAPP系统主要功能模块,该系统实现了JCOE成形主要工艺参数理论计算、预测等基本功能。结合实际生产某一规格型号大型直缝焊管实例,验证了该系统主要功能模块在JCOE成形工艺参数制定和预测中的可行性。Based on the theoretical research results and the actual needs for forming process parameters which is about large diam- eter longitudinal-seam submerged arc welded pipes with JCOE process, the main function units of JCOE forming CAPP system is developed with VC ＋＋6.0 programming tools. This system has some basic functions such as calculating the main process-pa- rameters, predicting parameters, and so on. The main function modules of the system is yerified in setting and predicting for JCOE forming parameters by the actual production of one type of large diameter longitudinal-seam submerged arc welded pipes.
