摘　　要：本文针对宝钢集团新疆八一钢铁股份炼钢厂40 t转炉炉体裙板易变形、极易缺失,最终导致炉帽段高温氧化锈蚀严重,炉体整体寿命较低的问题。进行分析并对炉体裙板进行了改型,解决了制约生产的瓶颈问题。In view of the problems such as prone to deformation and loss of the apron , and leading to high temperature oxidation corrosion of the furnace cap and low furnace life in the 40t converter transformation in the steelmarking plant of Xinjiang Bayi Iron ＆Steel, Analysis and modification of furnace apron were implemented, and the bottleneck problems affecting the production were solved.
