摘　　要：通过对方坯生产45#钢种絮流事故进行了过程参数对比,分析了可能导致缺陷的原因并制定了确保精炼钙处理及软吹效果、连铸中间包使用40 mm定径水口等针对性措施。The process parameters between flocculating flow state and normal state in the production of of 45# steel billet were compared. The reasons that may leads to the defect were analyzed, and corresponding measures such as adopting 40mm sizing nozzle in the tundish of continuous casting were implemented to ensure that the refining calcium treatment and soft blowing effect.
