女性拳种“五枚拳”的渊源与发展

摘　　要：在对五枚拳历史渊源和现状分析的基础上,提出五枚拳的发展策略,即依托当地高校、政府相关主管部门成立五枚拳发展研究训练基地和女性拳社,吸引学校、农村、社区更多女性习练五枚拳;将五枚拳改编、创新并作为乡土教材特色体育课程,在大、中、小学推广和普及;结合国家武术竞赛规则,创新五枚拳套路;加强民间武术传承人的保护和扶持,建立传承人保护科学化、制度化、规范化;以武会友,通过民间传统武术比赛,推动五枚拳的发展。Based on their analysis of the historical origin and current status of Wumei boxing that integrates rare boxing style, female boxing style, and one of the second batch of provincial non-material cultural heritages of Fu- jian province, the authors put forward the following strategies for developing Wumei boxing： by relying on local universities and related governmental departments in charge, establish a Wumei boxing development studying and training base and a female boxing society to attract more females in schools, rural areas and communities to practice Wumei boxing; modify and innovate Wumei boxing and use it as a rural sport featured course to promote and popu- larize Wumei boxing in elementary and middle schools and universities; innovate Wumei boxing routines by refer- ring to national Wushu competition rules; strengthen the protection of and support for folk Wushu inheritors, make inheritor protection scientific, systematic and standardized; establish friendships via Wushu competition, boost the development of Wumei boxing via traditional folk Wushu competition.
