摘　　要："软件工厂"培养模式是将软件企业的理念、标准与管理运作方式渗透到软件开发人才培养的过程中,以此来弥补传统培养模式的缺憾。为了培养适应IT企业需求的软件工程师,从构建校内"软件工厂"入手,详细阐述了工厂平台搭建、工厂团队组建、工厂制度制定的方法。以Android开发工程师的培养为例,提出了与IT企业无缝对接的培养目标和"必需、够用、实用"的课程体系,探索出适合Android开发工程师的"基础、提高、完善"3个阶段的"软件工厂"培养模式。Training pattern of ＂Software Factory＂ is the philosophy, standards, management and operation of the software companies penetrating into the process of software development personnel training, in order to make up for the shortcomings of the traditional training pattern. In order to train software engineers to adapt to the needs of IT companies, starting with building a ＂software factory,＂ this article elaborates on factory platform, the factory team building methodology developed by the factory system. Taking Android development engineers training as an example, this article puts forward an IT enterprise seamIess training objective and a＂necessary, sufficient and practical＂ course system, and finds out a ＂basis, improvement, perfect＂ three-stages software factory ＂training pattern＂ suitable for Android development engineers.
