摘 要:分析了工科专业传统教学体系模式存在的问题,以培养学生专业兴趣和创新实践能力为出发点,提出了培养应用创新型人才的教学体系总体框架,即通过"做中学"使学生真正理解和掌握专业知识,辅之以科研计划、学科竞赛等创新活动,激发学生的创新思维和能力,培养高素质工程技术人才。实践证明,以"做中学"为特征、体现理论-实践相结合教学规律的新教学模式,有利于应用创新型工程技术人才的脱颖而出。This paper analyzes the existing problems of the traditional engineering education system. In order to cultivate professional interest and innovation practical ability of students, this paper proposes an overall framework of teaching system for cultivating the innovative talents with professional expertise, i. e. , through the process of "learning by doing" to enable the students to truly understand the essence of the professional knowledge, and then by means of discipline competition, scientific research plan, etc., to stinmlale the innovation thought and competence of the students, thus to cultivate high quality engineers. Practice proves that the new mode of practical teaching system which is featured by "learning by doing" and embodied with the educational regularity of "Theory Practice" combining is conducive to the mass emergence of innovative talents with engineering expertise.
