论上市企业的社会责任与金融生态建设的关联性

摘　　要：上市企业履行社会责任是构建和谐金融生态的需要,上市企业应承担不同层次的社会责任。金融生态建设所涉及的金融市场主体建设、信用环境建设、司法行政环境建设和金融生态评估对上市企业履行社会责任都有积极的促进作用。针对上市企业履行社会责任所存在的主要问题,提出了发挥政策引导作用、完善上市企业履行社会责任的法律法规、发挥媒体的舆论监督作用和加强上市企业诚信体系建设等相关建议。Listed companies fulfilling their social responsibility is an important guarantee for the construction of harmonious financial ecology, and listed companies should bear different levels of social responsibility. Financial ecology includes four aspects such as financial market participants, credit environment, administrative and judicial environment and the financial ecology evaluation. Strengthening the construction of these aspects contributes positively for listed financial corporates to fulfill their social responsibility. This paper proposes related suggestions according to the problems of listed financial corporate social responsibility. These proposals include playing a role in policy guidance, improving rules and regulations to improve listed corporate social responsibility, strengthening public opinion guides and supervise and building credibility systems.
