文化产业融资:适配模式、制约因素及扩展路径

摘　　要：我国文化产业主要由中小文化企业构成,中小企业固有的缺陷以及文化产业的特质使得传统金融的融资模式难以适配文化产业的融资需求,供应链融资模式在风险评估、融资成本、质押担保等方面突破了传统金融的限制,可较好地适配文化产业融资需求。制度建设滞后、信息平台缺失以及融资技术不成熟等因素制约着供应链融资在文化产业的扩展。促进供应链融资在文化产业进一步扩展的可选择路径,包括加强文化产品交易制度建设、培育信息平台、探求适合文化产业的供应链融资技术等。The disadvantage of small and medium - sized enterprises and the characteristic of cultural industries make the cultural industries which are mainly constituted by small and medium - sized enterprises be hard to acquire the support of the tradition finance, therefore, it is impossible to improve the status of cultural industries financing by adjusting the way of fi- nancing supply. The supply chain finance no longer pay attention to the risk of single business enterprise, while review the risk of the supply chain including the single business enterprise, this kind of financing mode is adapt to cultural in- dustries. Because of the lag of the service system, etc. , the supply chain finance applied has widely in other industries doesnt expand in cultural industries. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt a series of measure, consummating the service system for cultural product trade, which includes strengthening cultural products trading system, fostering information platform, and exploring suitable culture industry supply chain financing technology.
