心型脂肪酸结合蛋白与大鼠心肌损伤的相关性及其动态变化规律

摘　　要：目的观察血清心型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)与大鼠心肌损伤的相关性及其动态变化规律。方法将35只大鼠分为正常组、假手术组、结扎组;结扎组结扎冠状动脉制作大鼠心肌梗死模型,假手术组只穿线不结扎,于手术前、手术后1,2,3,6,9,12 h和1,2,3,4,5,6,7,14 d眼球后静脉丛取血,测定血清中H-FABP含量。结果与正常组比较,假手术组、结扎组血清H-FABP含量均在术后1 h即开始升高,3 h达到高峰,差异均有极显著性(P<0.01),且一直持续到术后9 h。结论血清H-FABP可作为评价试验动物心肌损伤的灵敏性检测指标。Objective To investigate the correlation between heart-type fatty acid binding protein（H- FABP） with the myocardial injury in rat and its dynamic changes rule. Methods Thirty- five rats were randomly divided into the normal group, sham operation group, lig- ation group; the ligation group was prepared the myocardial infarct model by the ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery, while the sham operation group was only threaded without ligation. Blood was collected from retrobulbar venous plexus before operation, at postoperative 1, 2, 3, 6, 9, 12 h and on postoperative 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 14 d. The contents of serum H - FABP were detected. Results Compared with the normal group, the serum H- FABP content in the sham operation group and the ligation group all began to increase at postoperative 1 h, the difference had extreme significance（ P 〈0.01）, the serum H- FABP content reached a peak at postoperative 3 h, the difference had extreme significance（P〈0.01）, which continued to postoperative 9 h. Conclusion Serum H-FABP can be used as the detection indicator for evaluating the sensitivity of myocardial injury in the experimental animal.
