摘 要:目的比较酶放大免疫法(EMIT)和荧光偏振免疫法(FPIA)检测人全血中环孢素A(CsA)质量浓度的相关性。方法收集肝移植患者服药后的稳态谷浓度血样78份,分别用TDX-FLX血药浓度测定仪和Viva-E血药浓度分析仪进行检测,测定值用线性回归分析和配对样本t检验进行对比研究。结果两种方法测定的CsA血药浓度无显著性差异,相关性良好(r=0.980 9),线性回归方程为Y=1.031 3 X-11.268。结论应用Viva-E血药浓度分析仪检测患者全血中CsA的质量浓度准确、可靠。在无TDx-FLX血药浓度测定仪时,Viva-E血药浓度分析仪可作为测定CsA血药浓度的常规仪器。Objective To compare the correlation of the enzyme muhiplied immunoassay technique(EMIT) and the fluorescence polariza- tion immunoassay(FPIA) in delecting the concentration of cyclosporine(CsA) in human whole blood. Methods Seventy-eight blood samples with steady- state trough concentration in the patients with liver transplantation after medication were collected for the determi- nation by the TDx- FLx and the Viva- E blood concentration analyzer respectively. The detection rusuhs were contrasted with paired- sample t test and the linear regression analysis. Results There was no statistical difference in the determination results of CsA between EMIT and FPIA, the correlation was well( r = 0. 980 9). The linear regression equation was Y= 1.031 3 X - 11. 268. Conclusion Using the Viva- E blood concentration analyzer for detecting the concentration of CsA in human whole blood is accurate and reliable. When the TDx- FLx blood concentration analyzer is absent, the Viva- E blood concentration analyzer can be used as the routine instrument for detecting the concentration of CsA in human whole blood.
