摘 要:目的建立测定肺热普清散中羟基红花黄色素A含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为KromasilC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(30:70),检测波长为403nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1.0mL/min。结果线性回归方程为Y:17785x+9962.9(r=0.9999),线性范围为6.5—78μg/mL,平均加样回收率为101.06%,RSD为2.22%(n:5)。结论该方法简便、准确、专属,可用于肺热普清散中羟基红花黄色素A的测定。Objective To determine the content determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Feirepuqing Powder by HPLC. Methods The HPLC method was performed on the Kromasil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) with the mobile phase of methanol-0. 1% phosphoric acid (30:70). The detective wavelength was set at 403 nm, the column temperature was set at 30℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The linear equation of hydroxy safflower yellow A was Y = 17 785 X + 9 962. 9 ( r = 0. 999 9) and the linear range was 6.5-78μg/mL. The average recovery rate of hydroxy safflower yellow A was 101.06% (n=5) with RSD was 2.22%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, specific and can be used for determining the content of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Feirepuqing Powder.
