摘　　要：目的采用八正合剂的处方与制法所得的干膏粉,制备八正软胶囊。方法根据正交试验优选八正软胶囊的囊液处方及制备工艺,并进行中试试验。结果3批中试产品稳定性良好,各项指标均能达到要求。结论优选的八正软胶囊制备工艺合理、可行。Objective To prepare Bazheng Soft Capsule by adopting the dry extract powder obtained from the prescription and the preparation method of Bazheng Mixture. Methods The prescription of the capsule liquid and the preparation process were optimized ac- cording to the orthogonal test. Furthermore, the pre- production test was conducted. Results Three batches of the pilot test product had good stability and the various indexes met the requirements. Conclusion The optimized preparation process of Bazheng Soft Capsule is rational and feasible.
