摘　　要：目的完善医院药师在静脉用药调配中心的相关工作内容,保证输液调配质量,确保临床用药安全。方法对医院静脉药物调配中心出现问题进行定性分析,总结药师在静脉药物调配中心工作的作用及意义。结果医院静脉用药调配中心药师发现的问题包括医生医嘱不合理、护士排药及调配差错。结论药师进行医嘱审核、排药复核及调配复核,并对护理人员进行调配指导,层层把关保证调配质量,为临床提供高质量的静脉用药,保证患者用药安全。Objective To perfect the related work contents of the hospital pharmacists in the pharmacy intravenous admixture service for ensuring the infusion dispensing quality and clinical medication safety. Methods The problems emerged in the pharmacy intravenous admixture service were performed the qualitative analysis. The role and significance of the pharmacists＇ works in the pharmacy intra- venous admixture service were summarized. Results The problems found by the pharmacists in the pharmacy intravenous admixture ser- vice included the unreasonable physician orders and the nurses errors of drugs arranging and dispensing. Conclusion The pharmacists conduct the prescription audit, re- check of drug arranging and dispensing, carry out the dispensing guidance on nursing staff, check at each level for ensuring the drug dispensing quality, provide the high- quality infusion for clinic and ensure the patient＇s medication.
