摘  要:以棉秆基活性炭为超级电容器电极材料,1mol/L的Et4NBF4/AN和1mol/L LiPF6/(EC+DMC+DEC)为电解液,组装成模拟纽扣式超级电容器,采用恒流充放电、循环伏安、交流阻抗对其电化学性能进行测试,研究不同电解液对棉秆基活性炭电极电容器性能的影响。结果表明,棉秆基活性炭电极材料在Et4NBF4/AN有机电解液中电化学性能优于其在LiPF6/(EC+DMC+DEC)电解液中,在2A/g的电流密度下,放电比容量高达98F/g,循环1000次后,容量没衰减。Supercapacitors were prepared with activated carbon derived from cotton stalk as elec- trode and using 1 mol/L Et4NBF4/AN, LiPFG/(EC-PDMC+DEC) as organic electrolytes, re- spectively. The effects of symmetric ammonium electrolyte on the capacitance performance of ac- tivated carbon electrode were studied by galvanostantic charge/discharge, cycle voltammetry and AC impedance. The results indicated that it had higher discharge capacitance in 1 mol/L Et4 NBF4/AN organic electrolyte. The specific capacitance of activated carbon was 98 F/g at the current density of 2 A/g, the electrode exhibited excellent stability after 1000 cycles without any loss of capacity.
