摘 要:硫酸对铅蓄电池性能具有较大的影响。对采用铅粉填充的微孔研究电极,在不同浓度硫酸体系中进行循环伏安测试。实验结果表明:随着硫酸浓度增加,阳极电势增加,但电流峰值先增大后减小,当硫酸浓度为3mol/L时,其阳极初期容量达到最大值4.84mAh;同时对不同条件下一些峰的变化进行解析,充电时酸浓度增加会促进α-PbO的还原反应;酸浓度增大,析氧量减少,析氢量增多,析氢析氧电位正移;通过不同浓度下对阳极100次循环测试发现,随着循环次数的增加,还原峰电流先增大后减小,峰电位也发生了偏移;当硫酸浓度较低时,铅粉循环伏安的稳定性较好,且阳极放电容量的保持率较好,当硫酸浓度增大时,铅粉循环伏安的稳定性变差。Sulfuric acid has great influence on the performance of sealed lead-acid battery. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) test is performed on self-synthesized PbO/Pb powders in different sulfuric acid concentrations by self-made micro-porous electrode. The results show that the anode dis- charge potential of lead-acid battery appears a steady increase when sulfuric acid concentrations are changed from 0.5mol/L to 8 mol/L. While anode discharge current is first increased from 0.5 mol/L to 3 mol/L and then decreased from 4 mol/L to 8 tool/L, the anode initial capacity reaches 4.84mAh when the sulfuric acid concentrations reaches 3 mol/L. High concentrations of sulfuric acid can promote reduction of a-PbO. When sulfuric acid concentration is increased, the amount of oxygen release decreased and amount of hydrogen release increased, potential of H2-release and O2-release presents trend of slightly decrease and slightly increase respectively. Through the 100 times cycle test on anode in different concentration of sulfuric acid,the results show that with the increase of cycling times, current of reducing peak first increases and then decreases, and the an- ode discharge potential also had a migration. While the cycle stability and capacity retention rate of CVs are good in low concentrations of sulfuric acid, cycle stability decrease when sulfuric acid coneentration exceeds 3mol/L.
