摘　　要：根据可变集的对立统一定理,提出可变集工程项目评标原理与方法,列举了两个实例,并与集对分析评标法、可拓学评标法进行了详细的比较分析。文中第一次将辩证法基本规律数学定理用于土木管理科学领域,具有重要的理论与实际意义。In view of the opposite and unity theory of variable sets, variable evaluation of bid theory and method was adopted to comparatively analyze in detail with set pair analysis and extenics evaluation method by illustrating two examples. The basic mathematical theorems of the dialectics were first applied in the field of civil engineering management science, which was important theory and practical significance.
