摘  要:依据GB/T 2007.6-1987标准要求对红土镍矿交货批水分测定样品给出了限定要求,通过干燥温度确定、干燥时间试验、重复性试验和验证试验得出了热干燥法测定红土镍矿交货批水分含量的测定条件,据此建立了热干燥法测定红土镍矿交货批水分含量的方法。水分含量在23%-40%的粒度不大于10.0mm、厚度不大于10mm的1000g水分试样,在105℃下干燥8h基本恒重,继续干燥1h或2h,连续两次干燥称量之差小于试样原始质量的0.05%,测定结果的重复性限在0.26%-0.66%之间,测定结果的极差小于重复性限,满足GB/T2007.6-1987标准对水分测定的通用要求。This study established a method of testing moisture content of a lot of laterite nickel ores by heat drying method. According to the general rules of GB/T 2007.6-1987 for determination of moisture content of laterite nickel ores samples, the specific determination conditions through the drying temperature and time test, repeatability test and verification test were conducted. For the average moisture content of 23%-40%, approximate 1000g of the sample of minus 10.0 mm particle size, was took and the thickness of sample layer was about 10 mm. Then the sample was dried to constant weight under 105℃± 5℃in 8 h, continued to dry till the difference of two continuous weighing was less than 0.05%of the original sample weight. The results indicated that the repeatability limits were in the range of 0.26%-0.66%.
