血清β-HCG、孕酮及雌二醇联合测定对早期诊断异位妊娠的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清中人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、孕酮和雌二醇联合测定对早期诊断异位妊娠的临床意义。方法:收集我院临床已确诊异位妊娠的患者和正常宫内妊娠者的血清标本各200例,分为异位妊娠组和对照组。应用化学发光法对两组血清标本的β-HCG、孕酮和雌二醇含量分别进行测定,对比测定结果,并做统计学处理。结果:异位妊娠组的血清β-HCG、孕酮和雌二醇含量均明显低于对照组,结果差异有统计学意义。三项指标联合检测与单独一项指标检测的阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义。结论:血清中β-HCG、孕酮和雌二醇的检测对异位妊娠的早期诊断有重要临床意义;3种激素的联合检测可弥补单项检测的不足,值得临床推广。Objective：To investigate the clinical value of combined detection of serum β-HCG,progesterone and estradiol in the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Method：We chose 200 patients with ectopic pregnancy and 200 people who were intrauterine gestation in our hospital. Serum β-HCG, progesterone and estradiol were assayed by CMIA. And then we carried out statistical analysis. Result：There were significant differences on the serum β-HCG, progesterone and estradiol level between ectopic pregnancy group and intrauterine gestation group. The clinical val- ue of combined detection of serum β-HCG, progesterone and estradiol was much more higher. Conclusion：Combined detection of serum β-HCG, progesterone and estradiol could be considered as an early diagnostic method of ectopic pregnancy and be worthy of widely clinical application.
