逆商在北方高校冰雪体育课程中的培养

摘　　要：高校学生逆商的培养和提升是学生完善人格、成为适应社会高素质人才的重要保证。通过对当代大学生逆商缺乏表现的分析,指出在北方高校冰雪体育教学中实施学生逆商培养的重要意义为:利于学生的身心健康、促进学生人的现代化进程和培养学生优良的社会品质;并提出确立合理的教学目标、运用正确的教学方法和手段、营造适宜的教学情境等培养途径,为不断提高北方高校冰雪体育教学质量和效果提供理论参考。Cultivation and promotion them to perfect personality, become versity quotient of contemporary und of the adversity quotient of undergraduates is an important guarantee for high - quality talent to adapt to society. Through the analysis of the ad- ergraduates lack of performance, the paper pointed out the important meaning in the north universities to have adversity quotient training in the ice - snow sports teaching： im- prove their physical and mental health, promote their human modernization and to training their good social quality. And it puts forward reasonable teaching goal, use proper teaching methods and means, creating suitable training methods. It provide a theoretical reference for continuously improving the quality of the ice -snow sports teaching quality and effect in northern universities.
