摘  要:黑龙江冰雪特色旅游产品的开发对黑龙江省冰雪旅游的可持续发展意义重大。通过对黑龙江冰雪特色旅游产品开发的现状进行分析,发现当前还存在冰雪旅游产品定位不准确、缺乏市场竞争力;冰雪旅游产品开发深度不足,文化内涵不突出;管理、营销水平有限,配套设施滞后;缺乏整体战略,地区发展不均衡等问题。指出黑龙江冰雪特色旅游产品开发类型可分为冰雪健身游、冰雪风光游、冰雪养生游、冰雪文化游和冰雪民俗游等,并有针对性地提出打造冰雪特色旅游品牌战略、深层次挖掘冰雪特色旅游文化内涵、加大政府扶持和媒体宣传力度、整合集群资源、发挥区域竞争力等可行性开发策略。Developing the featured ice -snow tourism products in Heilongjiang province has a great signifi- cance to sustainable development of ice - snow tourism in Heilongjiang province. By analyzing the current situation of the development of distinctive ice - snow tourism products in Heilongjiang province, the paper finds out there are some problems about ice - snow tourism products: fixing position is not precise, lack of market competitiveness and developing depth, the cultural connotation is not prominent, management and marketing level are limited, supporting facilities are backward, lack of general strategy and developing un- balance of regions. It points out that developing the featured ice - snow tourism products in Heilongjiang province can be divided into the tours of ice -snow fitness, ice -snow scene, ice -snow health preserving, ice- snow culture and ice -snow folk customs. And the paper puts forward some developing strategies of feasibility of building the brand strategy of featured ice - snow tourism, digging the cultural connotation of featured ice - snow tourism, enhancing the support from government and the propaganda from media, in- tegrating group resources and giving play to regional competitiveness.
