摘　　要：目的了解嘉兴市医院内镜清洗消毒管理现状,加强消毒质量管理,规范医院内镜清洗消毒行为,有效降低医院感染率。方法通过现场调查和采样检测,对6所医院内镜清洗消毒效果进行连续3年的监测。结果嘉兴市6所医院内镜清洗消毒管理基本符合规范要求;连续3年共采样105份,内镜清洗消毒效果监测平均总合格率为91.2%,2009-2011年合格率依次为79.4%、94.3%、100.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在不同类型内镜中,胃镜、肠镜内腔消毒质量合格率为77.3%、77.8%,两者差异无统计学意义;3年内镜内腔消毒质量监测合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);使用中消毒剂的浓度和卫生质量均合格。结论嘉兴市6所医院内镜消毒效果监测合格率呈逐年上升趋势,消毒质量明显好转,但也存在一定的问题,某些管理环节有待改进。OBJECTIVE To awareness the situation of current administration of cleaning and disinfection of endoscopes in hospitals of Jiaxing, strengthen the disinfection quality management, and normalize the action of cleaning and disinfection in the hospitals so as to effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections. METHODS The field survey and sampling examination were used to monitor the cleaning and disinfection effect of endoscopes in 6 hospitals in 3 years. RESULTS The cleaning and disinfection management of endoscopes in hospitals of Jiaxing was nearly eligible. In 3 years, a total of 105 samples were examined continually. The average eligible rate of cleaning and disinfection effect of endoscopes was 91.2%. The eligible rates in 2009--2011 were 79.4% ,94.3 %, and 100.0% respectively, and the difference was significant （P〈0.01）. Among the different types of endoscopes, the qualified rates of the disinfection of the gastroscopes lumen and the enteroscopes were 77.3%and 77.8%, respectively, the difference between the two was not significant the difference in the qualified rate of monitoring of disinfection quality of the endoscopes among the three years was significant （P〈0.01） both the concentration of the disinfectants and the hygienic quality were qualified. CONCLUSION The qualified rate of the monitoring of disinfection quality of the endoscopes is increased year by year in the 6 hospitals in Jiaxing, the disinfection quality is significantly improved, but there are still some problems which need to be improved.
