摘　　要：目的分析临床医护人员手卫生状况,找出存在问题并提出干预措施,从而减少医院感染的发生。方法调查医护人员手卫生状况并采取修订切实可行的手卫生管理制度、加大了对手卫生培训力度、不断完善手卫生设备、加强手卫生督查考核力度等相应干预措施。结果全体医护员工接触患者的血液、体液等污染物,持续的医疗护理操作前后、进入特殊病房前后手卫生依从性从19.83%提高至70.46%。结论院领导和职能部门负责人重视,创造手卫生的氛围,重视手卫生与控制医院感染的密切关系,可降低因手部接触而引起医院感染发生率。OBJECTIVE To identify problems and propose interventions by analysis of hand hygiene condition of the clinical staff so as to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections. METHODS Hand hygiene conditions of the medical staff were surveyed, meanwhile, corresponding interventions were taken, such as taking feasible hand hygiene management system, strengthening efforts to train, perfecting equipment of hand hygiene constantly, strengthening efforts to supervise and evaluate hand hygiene and other measures. RESULTS Hand hygiene compliance of all the staff＇s contacting with blood, body fluids of patients and other pollutants, continuing medical nursing operation, and entering the special wards increased from 19.83 % to 70.46%. CONCLUSION The leaders should pay great attention to creating good atomsphere of hand hygiene, focus on the close relationship between the hand hygiene and control of nosocomial infections so as reduce the incidence of nosocomiai infections cause by hand contact.
